I really appreciate the team on staff they were so professional and even offered my youngest two bubbles. I recently traveled to Columbus, Ohio and flew into John Glen International Airport I arrived late about 11 pm with my husband and our three kids and a bunch of luggage and they were so helpful! They did everything possible to get me my kids in a van and safely to our hotel. What more can you ask for? Friendly and efficient! Also purchased gas up front at a cost less than the local price. My experience with Enterprise was so positive, I would recommend them to anybody. Great customer service again when we went upstairs to pick up vehicle.

Received an upgrade to a SUV unexpectedly. The guy at the counter provided excellent customer service. Luckily, my local New Rochelle office that I was forced to return to with no advance appointment was amazing. After being on the phone for over an hour with several people at the 800 # I still had no resolution. I had great experience at pickup and with the vehicle, but when weather caused all flights to NY to be cancelled and I needed to contact them to change my return location to NY they would not answer the phone or messages sent to them by the enterprise 800 #'s. This Jeep Wrangler was great but a gas guzzler. While the one I did get was bigger and was very new, I try to only use fuel efficient cars for my business travel to keep client expenses to a minimum. I would have given it 5 stars but I did not get the car I reserved. No need for this option if all they are going to give out are the compact cars/economy cars. Also, I choose the 'You Choose' option and everytime I do I get a small compact car. I don't understand the charges on my Credit Card after I returned the car. Soci asked them about a different category of cars and it turned out that i saved more. They only had one car available that i didnt like in that particular category.

The Rental Car Center is located in the terminal next to Ground Transport West. Utilize one of the CVG parking options for parking of your personal vehicle, then walk or shuttle to Ground Transport West based on parking option chosen.

Customers who need to park personal vehicle before getting a rental car: There is no parking for personal vehicles at the rental car center.

Enter the Terminal, turn right and follow signage for Ground Transport West to get to the Rental Car Center. Get dropped off on curbside of Arrivals/baggage claim level.

Customers being dropped off at the curb: Travel to CVG Airport, follow signs for Arrivals/baggage claim to the front curb of the CVG Terminal.

Follow Terminal signage to Ground Transport West to the Rental Car Center inside the Terminal.

Rental cars will now be accessible by walking from baggage claim - no shuttles needed. The Rental Car Center is now a part of the CVG Terminal - no need to get on a shuttle. Rental car pick up or drop off will take place in the new Rental Car Center just steps away from Baggage Claim.
